dress actually; there are two parts to it- a dress and a skirt. For this week,
we will be giving out the part of the dress that is a tulle. All you have to do
to qualify for the giveaway is;

A tulle is a kind of silk lace or light netting... Used mostly for veils...the 1st outfit is made of a tulle all through... While the 2nd outfit is made of tulle only at the topmost part of the dress
